On the 18th of August, 2006, seventeen-year-old Mitchel Cameron and Tobe Ansarin left their parent's homes in Oscoda, Michigan, to go on one last weekend birdwatching trip before their senior year of high school. On the 23rd, the two were declared missing. This series of events struck us to our core, and even if they were to return, we won't be able to shake this out of our brains. It's like they haunt us, it's kind of scary.
This website was created by the friends of Mitch and Tobe (Hannah O. and Max S. respectively) in order to raise awareness on this pressing issue in our town. We have able to get in contact with people we think could have seen them, and have conducted our own research and other types of investigation. We have our theories, however with nothing concrete, they will most likely be forgotten.
It's been months with no definitive leads as to where they are. Not even the local authorities are sure that their searches will amount to anything. We want to change that with this website. The more information we have, the closer we will get to finally understanding what happened, so please help where you can.
